We are looking for your feedback on our services and facilities across the Whitsunday region. This is the first survey of its kind for WRC and we want to hear from you! You can provide us with a greater understanding of:
Your priorities and satisfaction in relation to our services and facilities
Your overall satisfaction with our performance
Your satisfaction with our customer service
Your preferred methods of communications and engagement
Your ideas for future improvements
Our Whitsunday Community Satisfaction Survey is now live and will take place over two weeks until Sunday 21 February 2021.
Online Survey
An online survey was also be available to any resident who had not received a phone call.
Phone Survey
A representative sample of residents (400 people) covering a range of demographics will be phoned directly by an independent company, IRIS Research, who has had many years of experience assisting councils with understanding the needs of their community. Phone interviews will take approximately 14 minutes and will be conducted between 4pm - 8pm on weekdays and 10am - 4pm on Saturdays.
Please note that phone calls will be made to both mobiles and landlines. Employees of WRC, WRC Councillors or any market research organisations will not be able to participate in the survey.
