Whitsunday Regional Council is seeking feedback from residents on draft Bushfire Plans for a number of areas in the southern Whitsunday region. The local Plans are an action of the overarching Whitsunday Regional Bushfire Management Plan, and will be developed for the following areas:

  • Conway Beach - Wilsons Beach
  • Dittmer - Paul's Pocket
  • Mango Tree Estate - Greta Creek
  • Shute Harbour
  • Woodwark

The draft Plans for these areas have been reviewed by the Queensland Fire & Emergency Service (QFES).
