Whitsunday Regional Council are seeking Expressions of Interest for local stallholders, musicians and entertainers to apply to be involved in our Queensland Day 2023, at the Proserpine Entertainment Centre, on Sunday 4 June 2023, from 10am - 2pm.

Themes will be focused on what it is to be a Queenslander in the Whitsundays. Food vans, local stall holders and entertainers will be encouraged to embrace the Queensland theme on the day.

If you are interested in celebrating 'Our piece of Queensland' as a stall holder, vendor, musician or entertainer, lodge your expression of interest to participate through the link below.

Closing date for applications is Sunday 23 April 2023.

Free activities:

  • Jumping castle
  • Face painting
  • Music
  • Photo gallery and competition
  • More to be announced following expression of interest!

General Information:

  • This form is an Expression of Interest ONLY, there is no guarantee your submission will be accepted.
  • Sites will be FREE however they will be strictly limited.
  • You are required to provide your own power and public liability insurance of up to $20M
  • Food vendors will be required to provide proof of current food licence.
  • No alcohol is permitted to be sold or consumed.
  • In the event of bad weather, the event will be cancelled.
