Consultation has concluded
Anyone who wishes to be part of Council's new regional video, can register their interest by completing the short form below.
You could be a movie star!
Council would like the community to star in our upcoming regional video, to showcase our beautiful home and the strength of community spirit in the people who live here.
The regional video will be used by Council to promote the Whitsunday region as the perfect place to live, work and invest.
We want local faces in local places, such as spending the day with family on the foreshore, shopping at the local markets, having a coffee in the main street, or talking a walk along the beach or through the scrub.
We want to highlight our diverse landscapes and industries, and the many opportunities which exist in this region.
There are so many ways for us to share our everyday in our Whitsundays. Join us as we capture our Whitsunday utopia, the tropical paradise which others envy but we call home.
The shoot is expected to begin early June and will take place over several days in different parts of the region. If you are successful, our video production team will be in touch to discuss a day which suits you.
