Whitsunday Regional Council is seeking Expressions of Interest for local community and cultural groups to apply to be involved in this year's Whitsunday Multicultural Festival at the Bowen Foreshore, on Friday 12 June 2026.
The event showcases and celebrates the diversity of the Whitsundays through traditional dance, cooking, art and activities.
If you are interested in showcasing your culture as a stall holder, vendor, educator, workshop facilitator, artist, musician or dancer, lodge your expression of interest to participate through the link below.
Location: Bowen Foreshore Sound Shell - Santa Barbara Parade
Event day and time: Friday 12 June 2026, 4pm - 8pm
Closing date for applications: Sunday 31 May 2026

This form is an Expression of Interest ONLY, there is no guarantee your submission will be accepted.
Sites will be FREE however they will be strictly limited.
You are required to provide your own power and public liability insurance of up to $20M
Food vendors will be required to provide proof of current food licence.
No alcohol is permitted to be sold or consumed.
In the event of bad weather, the event will be cancelled.
