We are seeking expressions of interest for an event on Thursday 26 January 2023 at the Proserpine Entertainment Centre – Australia Day Family Fun Day!
The key theme of the event is to reflect, respect, celebrate and welcome all cultures that make up the Whitsundays and our Nation to participate in the day.
We're looking for community organisations to operate a BBQ, pop up food vendors, musicians, entertainers, and local organisations to host stalls, games, rides or workshops.
If you are interested in promoting your organisation and supporting family fun in the community, please express your interest by completing the short form below by Monday 19 December 2022. Successful applicants will be notified early January.
Event time: 10am - 1pm - Thursday, 26th January 2023

General Information:
This form is an Expression of Interest ONLY, there is no guarantee your submission will be accepted.
Sites will be FREE however they may be limited.
You are required to provide your own power and public liability insurance of up to $20M
Food vendors will be required to provide proof of current food licence.
No alcohol is permitted to be sold or consumed.
In the event of bad weather, the event will be cancelled.
