Food Van Vendors- Expressions of Interest

We are seeking expressions of interest from local food vendors and not-for-profit organisations who do not currently work with Council to participate in selling food and beverages at a range of regional community events in 2023 and 2024.

General Information:

The below form is an Expression of Interest only. Please note that there is no guarantee your submission will be accepted.

• Sites will be free however they will be strictly limited and based on a roster.
• You are required to provide your own power and public liability insurance of up to $20,000,000.00.
• Vendors will be required to provide proof of current food licence.
• No alcohol is permitted to be sold or consumed.
• In the event of bad weather, the event will be cancelled.
